素因数バスター プライバシーポリシー

このプライバシーポリシーは、スマートフォン向けゲーム「素因数バスター（FACTOR BUSTER）」（以下「本アプリ」）が、利用者の情報をどのように扱うかを説明するものです。
1. 取得する情報
本アプリ自体は、氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号・位置情報・連絡先・写真などの個人に関する情報を取得しません。アカウントの登録やログインもありません。
ただし、下の「3. 広告」のとおり、広告を表示するために広告配信事業者（Google）が端末に関する情報を扱います。また「4. アプリ内課金」のとおり、iPhone 版の購入の手続きは Apple が行います。
2. 端末の中だけに保存する情報
ゲームを続けて遊べるように、次の情報をお使いの端末の中にだけ保存します。これらが当方や第三者に送られることはありません。
- 難易度・モードごとの自己ベスト（解いた問題数・スコア・クリアタイム）、倒したボス、取った実績
- 設定（BGM と効果音の音量、言語、前回選んだモード）
- 広告を出す回を決めるための、前回の広告からゲームオーバーになった回数と、「広告を外す」を購入済みかどうか（iPhone 版）
これらは本アプリを削除（アンインストール）すると消えます。
3. 広告（Google AdMob）
本アプリは、Google LLC の広告配信サービス「Google AdMob」を使い、制限時間切れでゲームオーバーになったとき（5回に1回）に全画面の広告を表示します。広告の表示・効果の測定・不正の防止のため、Google は次のような情報を扱うことがあります：広告用の識別子（Android の広告 ID）、IP アドレス、端末の種類と OS、アプリでの広告の表示や操作に関する情報。扱い方は Google のポリシーをご覧ください。
- ヨーロッパ経済領域（EEA）・イギリス・スイスでは、はじめに同意の画面を表示し、利用者の選択に従います。
- 本アプリは iOS でトラッキングの許可を求めません（iPhone の広告用の識別子 IDFA は使いません）。
- Android では、端末の設定で広告 ID を削除・リセットできます。
- 表示する広告は、保護者の指導が望ましい程度（PG）までの内容に限っています。
アクセス解析や、広告以外の目的の行動の追跡は行いません。
4. アプリ内課金
iPhone 版では、広告を表示しなくする「広告を外す」（買い切り）を App Store のアプリ内課金で販売しています。支払いの手続きと支払いに関する情報は Apple が扱い、当方は受け取りません。購入済みかどうかを確かめるため、本アプリは App Store との間で購入の記録をやりとりします。Android 版にはアプリ内課金はありません。
なお、App Store・Google Play は、それぞれの運営者（Apple・Google）のプライバシーポリシーに基づいて、アプリの入手や動作の不具合に関する情報を扱うことがあります。
5. 「結果をコピー」について
結果の画面の「結果をコピー」は、スコアなどの文を端末のクリップボードに写すだけです。どこかへ送ることはなく、使うかどうかは利用者が決めます。
6. 子どものプライバシー
本アプリは 13 歳未満のお子さまを主な対象としていません。本アプリ自体はお子さまの個人情報を取得しません。
7. このポリシーの変更
内容を変えるときは、このページで知らせ、最終更新日を改めます。

FACTOR BUSTER Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how the mobile game “FACTOR BUSTER” (素因数バスター, the “App”) handles your information.
1. Information we collect
The App itself does not collect personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, location, contacts or photos. There is no account or sign-in.
However, as described in “3. Advertising”, our advertising provider (Google) processes information about your device to show ads, and purchases in the iPhone version are handled by Apple as described in “4. In-app purchase”.
2. Data kept only on your device
So you can keep playing, the App stores the following only on your device. It is never sent to us or to any third party.
- Personal bests for each difficulty and mode (numbers solved, score, clear time), bosses defeated and achievements earned
- Settings (music and sound effect volume, language, last selected mode)
- The number of game overs since the last ad (to decide when to show an ad) and whether you have bought “Remove Ads” (iPhone version)
This data is deleted when you uninstall the App.
3. Advertising (Google AdMob)
The App uses Google AdMob, an advertising service of Google LLC, to show a full-screen ad after every fifth game over (when time runs out). To serve ads, measure them and prevent fraud, Google may process information such as advertising identifiers (the Android advertising ID), IP address, device type and OS, and how ads are shown and used in the App. See Google’s policy for details.
- In the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland, a consent form is shown first and your choice is respected.
- On iOS, the App does not ask for tracking permission and does not use the advertising identifier (IDFA).
- On Android, you can delete or reset your advertising ID in your device settings.
- Ads are limited to content suitable with parental guidance (PG).
The App does not use analytics or tracking for any purpose other than advertising.
4. In-app purchase
In the iPhone version, “Remove Ads” (a one-time purchase that stops ads) is sold through App Store in-app purchase. Payment and payment information are handled by Apple; we do not receive them. To check whether you have bought it, the App exchanges purchase records with the App Store. The Android version has no in-app purchases.
The App Store and Google Play may also process information about downloads and crashes under the privacy policies of their operators (Apple and Google).
5. “Copy result”
The “Copy result” button on the result screen only copies a short text (such as your score) to your device’s clipboard. Nothing is sent anywhere, and you decide whether to use it.
6. Children’s privacy
The App is not primarily directed at children under 13. The App itself does not collect personal information from children.
7. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we will post the update on this page and revise the “Last updated” date.
